After the first workout I can barley get up off the floor 😂😂 this a good workout I only stopped a couple times during and certain stuff I couldn’t do I substituted, feel really proud of myself

I'm a low intermediate in fitness and yeah when I did this workout I was shaking I thought my legs were strong but this workout showed me they weren't lol I just did the 21 minutes of the workout till the T-raises I was sweating a lot but it worth it I hope next week I'll be able to get till the end of this routine lol
Just done at my 32w pregnancy, with 8kg dumbells, I did some modification for my SPD, feel good and strong 😊
After doing this….. do I have to rest or I can do it everyday without worring about my muscle?
I suggest to do it every other day because your muscles need to rest to get stronger and bigger
